KARA’s Goo Hara revealed her secret to her amazingly thin, 22inch waist on November 30’s episode of SBS’s “One Night of TV Entertainment.”
Before going to bed, she completes a simple ten-minute workout with her pillow.
She stated, “Put your legs together and slowly pull your upper body
back to work the muscles around your waist. Then hold the pillow and
curl to each side, keeping both your waist and shoulders straight. You
can get great results after doing 3 sets of 20 reps.”
Host Kim Bum Yong’s jaws dropped when he saw
firsthand Goo Hara’s waist measurement. The skinny singer smiled and
cutely added, “I just ate,” making everyone laugh.
